I was wondering if it was possible to do this...

I have a couple of different forums on my site.
For example:
Forum 1
Forum 2
Forum 3
Forum 4

I would like non-logged-in users to be able to VIEW all the forums (except Forum 4), but only post in Forum 3 while logged-in users can VIEW and POST in all of them (including Forum 4).

Is this possible? And if so, how?

You can install the forum pluguns v2.5 and it has group permissions that can be set so forum4 would not be seen except by group members. It also supports read-only forums so only a moderator can post.

OK, but to install 2.5 I need to upgrade from 2.3 to 2.3.2 right?

When I try to do that I cannot get the plugins page to show 2.3.2, it remains stuck at 2.3 even after I copy the files over. Is there a script I need to run to upgrade it?
