About What's New block

I want to ask about some help. Maybe this is a stupid question but where in config.php i can disable the What's New block. I dont need this block at this moment. So i cant find option pleace help me. Doh! - that was a mistake

No need to go into config.php. All the blocks can conveniently be disabled from the Admin's Blocks menu.

First i want to excuse for my bad english. My question is how to exclude or turn of "whats-related" in stories. Sorry for my first question.

What's Related isn't a real block. It can be found as a template variable in the article/article.thtml template file. Simply remove the {whats_related} from that template file.
