flash not displaying in blog

I'm using geeklog, and I have a FLASH banner on my site. Presently its viewable on all pc's and browsers (internet explorer, and firefox)

but when I use my laptop (GATEWAY 450SX4) the FLASH BANNER is not viewable from I.E or Firefox

any suggestions?

Are you sure you donwloaded flash? It is an extra addon with browsers.

Yes I am sure, because there is an html page that leads to the blog, and the html page is an intro with flash on it, and that can be seen.

There are so many possibilities like the other PCs have it in their cache, the flash version may be wrong on the lap top etc. etc.
