Is there a way to link one or more the topic links to static pages?

Wel, it's the other way around, but the result is the same. You can put a static page in a topic-page, and let it cover the complete page of that topic.

Make a topic for that static page, make a new static page, choose to place it as a centerblock on that specific topic, choose to put that centerblock on the entire page. Click, click, ready, go! That's why we adore Geeklog..
