fixing an error in header

Hello,
I know I should be able to figure this out but I'm drawing a blank. I'm doing a quick site for some friends for their reunion. I uploaded a new logo which is 363 wide and 107 high and it disturbed the layout of the header container. What and where do I change this so it looks correct?
The site is www.tcsfclassof86.com, you'll see what I mean.

The problem is that the height of your image is bigger then the height of header-bg.png.
So you'll have to change the height of this image header-bg.png to 107.
