Hey.
Downloaded and installed geeklog. Love it, really nice system you got here (:
Except..
I tried logging in, as usual (as an admin) and i now get the error:
Your account has been disabled, you may not login. Please contact an Administrator.
But..i AM the administrator! If i cant login as an admin, what CAN i do?
Thanks for your help in advance (:

Disabling an account requires manual interaction by an Admin. Not sure what happened - did the install go through successfully?
You could activate the account again by going into the database (using phpMyAdmin) and setting the "status" field for user #2 to the value 3.
bye, Dirk

What table holds the user info? I'm looking at the "users" field now but cant find a specific part to edit. :S

i had that problem too. getting disabled from my own site, when i was the administrator!
this is how i fixed the error so i can get into my own site again.
1: go into phpMyAdmin
2: select the database i want from the dropdown list (geeklog)
3: selected the table named "gl_users" and clicked "browse"
4: a list of users/members comes up
5: scrolling, left, I had a look at the status, then clicked "edit" for those users with a status of "0"
6: changed status to "3"
It's done! and i can log in again! I don't know why i was disabled, but i'm thankful i'm back on. Hope that works for u too!

In another thread, someone mentioned that this happened to them because their theme was not up to date. Make sure you have up-to-date template files for the user's Account Information page (where it should ask for both the old and the new password) and for the admin/user.php form.
