I uploaded all of the files but for some reason I don't think that I have all of the directories (I think some files are missing) and I downloaded the file again from here. This is what I get

For some reason I don't have a system folder and all of the files inside of it.

Did you check the paths agan?

Try some other program to unpack the tarball.
