I'm trying to design a web site for a winery with six main navbar items:
Home | Our Wines | Wine Club | Lifestyle & Events | About | Contact

On the home page, only the Events block and the top story are required (I don't want the login box). On the Our Wines page, only the stories belonging to the Our Wines topic should show. On the Blog page, under Lifestyle & Events, I want all the blocks!

The short question is, How can I make some pages that have certain blocks, and other pages that have a different set of blocks?

Hm, "make a page"? Maybe you create a topic and then create a block that only shows with the topic. If the topic contains 1 story it would look like a "page".
