Adding Story Tag

I'm hoping some of the GL pros could help me add a story tag that would appear under the story title. I just need to know all the files where I need to add this addition. It would be nice if this was a feature built into GL that could be turned on/off via the config.php.

The layout example can be seen here.

I've been looking, but can't get it to work. I've added the neccassery input fields into the template files.

Instead of having the story intro you'd have a tag. For example

Title: New Releases
tag: Kong hits DVD this week see what else is out there

Maybe I can simply what I'm looking for by saying... I'd like a second title entry. What files do I need to edit in order to complete this?
