Where in the professional Theme can I find the Word Count next to the read more link.

I want to remove the word count but cannot find it in the theme anyhwere.

I have also looked in the config and cannot find a setting to turn it off there.

I got what I needed by using {start_readmore_anchortag} {lang_readmore_words} {end_readmore_anchortag}
