Hello, I have a strange bug.
I have migrated from 1.3.11 to 1.4.0.
But since, I can't edit an old stories created with 1.3.11.
When I try do to so, I can edit but can't save (I get a blank page in story.php).
I can create a new story (only since I have deactivated safe mode, as I had pear problems...)
I do not even have an error report, nor in apache logs, php logs or mysql logs...
That's bugging me.
Any Idea ???
Thanks.

I had the same problem,
just replace the admin map of your current theme by the professional theme.

I'm using the Smooth_Blue theme, updated lastly.
By 'admin map', are you talking about the admin directory in the professional layout ?
does not seems to work...
and using the professionnal theme does not seems to work either...

Ok I've found the problem.
I'm using Mod_security as a apache module to filter bad behaviour.
Lastly my webblog has been trackback spammed.
So I've activated the filter on POST URI, that was the problem.
Removed the filtering on POST and all is ok.
Strangely, I did not get any warning (I should so if it was blocked).
I'll look forward in the module support.
Thansk.

for the curious, since I've put the admin from the professional theme, I've got mod_security errors :
[Wed Apr 05 10:20:42 2006] [error] [client xx.yy.zz.ww] mod_security: Filtering against POST payload requested but payload is not available [hostname "www.aaaaaa.net"] [uri "/admin/story.php"]
