I've seen posts of a Newsletter Plugin which seem to have been dropped. At least I haven't found anything on a search which leads me to ask.
1. What would a Newsletter plugin look like?
2. What features should it have?
3. Is there an example out there somewhere that we can look at?
Maybe I can get the ball roling on this.
