One of my users tried to post a message on our forum, but he got a message that it appeared to contain spam and was deleted.
He e-mailed the text to me, and I tried to paste it into his most recent post, and I got the same message.
I have the Spam-X plugin turned OFF in the forum settings. Where else should I be looking? What are the characteristics that would cause a message to be flagged as spam? About the only things I could think would do it were his enthusiastic use of all caps and exclamation points.
Anybody?
I have no idea what I'm doing.

rIn other words you're suggesting that I should upgrade?
How can I fight spam in 2.3.2 other than using IP baning as this is rather like fighting the windmills
What forum version is running here on geeklog.net?
