Restricting site

Hello,

I just installed Geeklog and want to make it so that no content is available to a user until they log in. Is this possible. just a login screen would work. But I don't want access to polls, news or anything until they login to the site.

Thanks
Pat

Sure, e.g. turn blocks, polls etc off for guests. And check the config.php for possibilities of restriction.

There is a the GL_lockdown plugin, which may be of interest to you. But GL is actually quite easy to lockdown. I did exactly this on my site www.tenpennybags.com.

Also this thread may be helpful.

Shane Just my two cents
Those who say it can't be done, are usually interrupted by others doing it.
