I just migrated my blog to a new host; it's been down for several months in the meantime.

I installed it fine, but found I could not log in. Either I'd forgotten my password (but I don't think so - I remember it pretty well), or it wasn't working on the new server.

But now, I cannot log into my own account, nor can I ask it to email me the password. Any attempt to do either results in "You have exceeded the number of allowed login attempts. Please try again later."

I've poked around the DB with phpMyAdmin, but I can't figure out what I need to change to fix this. I tried blanking the password field on one of my two admin accounts, but it still wouldn't allow me to log in.
