This morning my site (http://www.boardgameplayer.com) was working fine. But I had quite a few trackback spams on it.

I did some searching and found this: http://www.geeklog.net/filemgmt/index.php?id=668

I downloaded the file, renamed my old lib-trackback.php, and uploaded the new one. I then added the line to my config.php. Since then my site has not worked at all. Any time you try to go to a page, i.e. http://www.boardgameplayer.com, /install gets appended to it and you try to go to http://www.boardgameplayer.com/install instead. I have restored the old lib-trackback.php and removed the line from config.php but the problem persists.

BTW, I am running Geeklog 1.40SR1. Any ideas to fix this?

Do you have Gallery installed? Because the redirect to /install also includes this message:
Looks like you've somehow messed up your Gallery install. Try disabling it (or if you know what that message means - fix it).

Well now, that is weird. Yes, I do have Gallery loaded and it appears to be what was causing my problems. I ran through the installer again and now the site is back up.

Doubly weird because I didn't do anything to any of the Gallery code. I just changed lib-trackback.php files and edited the config.php. Hmmm....

Anyways, thanks for the info about the gallery error. I didn't see that on my screen...another weird thing. At least I'm running again. Thanks for the help!
