Geeklog Forums

After going through the website, I still need some user info to help me decide on a CMS app. I currently have a website in dire need of upgrading and the main feature is the ability for a user to create an account and manage that account for themselves. It is akin to a personal, private blog where users post to their "personal" pages which cannot be accessed by other users. The main feature I need is password protected personal content management for each user. Is this something Geeklog can do or are there better CMS applications to handle this? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

So the main purpose of the site would be to give each user their own section to blog?

There's the Journal plugin which provides that functionality. Or you could give each user their own Geeklog site running off a subdomain (but only installing Geeklog once - there are some hacks to do that).
