Hello,
I wont to ask you why when i open /admin folder or /polls and etc. give mi blank screan ?
on the index page localhost/ everything is fine but when i go to admin panel...nothing

Sounds like an issue with your webserver's configuration. Make sure it's configured to look for an index.php file. Unless, of course, it's the usual Blank page issue ...
