How to change the links type to html????

I just saw that i do not have the correct link structure enabled
i mean i want that the adress of the links is shown when i hover over the link and not it is showing my adress and other stuff at the end when i hover over the link
where can i change that
i tried in config in links folder but i could not find it

Not sure what you're talking about.
By default, links (from the Links plugin) will be routed through portal.php so that clicks on them can be counted. To tell the user where it's going to, the actual URL will show up when you hover over the link (as an HTML title attribute, technically speaking).
Try a search for "portal.php" for more information.

i could change that in previous verion in link details with changing t show_actual_link or somethig similar
and now I can not do that
people wants to have html links on my site notthe php
i do not need to monitor the links
is there a quick fix for that

You can still change that, just as before.
Since you didn't mention any version numbers: Keep in mind that as of Geeklog 1.4.0, the Links plugin has its own template files in plugins/links/template and that the template files in layout/YOURTHEME/links are not used any more.
