Hi

I would like some assistance with configuring the Annonymous user. I would like annonymous users to be able to post a comment, but I want only logged-in users able to submit stories. Also is it possible to only allow normally registered users only able to submit to selected topics/stories.
If I want several defined users to have only access to either approve stories or directly submit their stories direct to the site rather than funneling all stories for approval from a central admin.

Not sure what you mean. If users can see a topic, they can submit stories for that topic (exception: anonymous users - see above).



Make them Story Admins, which means that they can also edit stories.

Or give them story.submit permission: Create a new group, say, "Submitters". Assign the "story.submit" permission to that group (nothing else). Add all users who should be able to submit stories to that group. Story submissions by those users will then bypass the submission queue. They will only get the normal user's story editor, i.e. they can't upload images (only users in the Story Admin group can do that).
