I need to upload user photo from admin section, user editor.
Can anyone please tell me exactly what changes I have to do.

Do you want to implement it yourself? See how it's done in usersettings.php. Search for "photo" and have a look at function handlePhotoUpload.

Yes, I want to implement it myself. Unfortunately I don't know how to do it. My knowledge on coding is extremely limited. Sorry.

If you can't do it yourself, you should be looking into hiring someone to do it for you. You could also submit a feature request and hope for the best, but in all honesty, that feature isn't high on our priority lists ...
