Are users with @mail.ru spammers?

Are users with @mail.ru spammers? i got few users in last week

like

doctorbeko@mail.ru and sachok7878@mail.ru

are they spammers?

From what I can tell, mail.ru is offering free email accounts - a bit like hotmail.com and many other sites. So is everybody using such a free service a spammer?

Sure, there have been cases in the past where users with a mail.ru address turned out to be spammers. But looking at our user list here on geeklog.net, we also have a few legit users using that service.
