How to remove : from menu

OK, here's an easy one. How can I remove the : from the menu navigation? I looked in the style sheet and looked quickly in the config.php but couldn't find it.

Help...Thanks!

Check the menuitem*.thtml files (assuming you're talking about the professional theme).
