Errors in gl_stories

I don't always check the logs but when I do..its usually cuz I'm trying to track something down. I just seen in the error log a few mins ago the following, any ideas as to how to fix it? I turned off anon comments because of SPAM and hadn't checked the logs since then. Anyways, here's what I have.

Are you asking about the "was not locked" messages? Because there are a lot of messages in that error.log ...
In that case I would have to admit that I have no idea. Geeklog doesn't lock tables (other than for inserting a comment, but certainly not for deleting something) and never has. Is this some kind of restriction you could set up in MySQL? Just guessing ...
I'd say talk to your hosting service.

I really had no idea as to what the locking was all about. Thats one of the reason why I asked. As far as the hosting company, I host the site myself. I run it on
