access denied in SQL

When I want to post a comment I get an sql error and my error log shows this here:

Wed Aug 16 13:06:41 2006 - 1044: Access denied for user 'ttcom2'@'localhost' to database 'ttcom2'. SQL in question: LOCK TABLES gl_comments WRITE

Can I "unlock" tables?
