problems with home page

none of the links will work.
when i try to log in --> file not found
when i click any link or vote on the poll ---> file not found
I haven't edited anything yet this is the public_html/index file and I just want to know why the links will not work.

Assuming the files are actually there, check your $_CONF['site_url'] setting and make sure it points to the correct URL.
