How to add text to the registration page.

I have been through the forum and only seem to find custom registration.
I would like to add text to the basic registration page. I just want to add a note to it. Could someone lead me to the right file to add this text to?

It is in your language file. If you're using english for example, it would be in geekloglanguageenglish.php
It is like on line 249. It is part of this array: $LANG04.
Remember to make a backup of the file before you edit it.
