Topic Stories by titles list

I want each topic to show their stories on the center block by titles (not id) only and in alphabetical order.

I want it to look like this (HTML page)
http://www.wheelsofterror.com/Reviews/Reviews-Movies.shtml

Not sure if there's a plugin, block or hack for this (I can't find one yet) or just edit change an option.

Anyone? Dirk? I need the stories by title block function but in the center block. Shouldn't one of the stories files have a way to edit this? I'd think you'd just need to remove a few tables?
