Is it possible to run the following menu inside a block?
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/navigate1.htm

It asks for a element, which I placed in my /layout/header.thtml file; and a file.js element, which I don't know where to place or where to run it.

Any ideas?

I assume you're talking about JavaScript (not the same as Java ...).

I have no experience with the menu in question, but I did the same (i.e. add a JavaScript expandable menu to a block) just the other day. Depending on the script, you'll have to add some code to header.thtml and some to the block directly. But generally speaking, it should work.

bye, Dirk

Which expandable menu did you use? I think the one I'm using isn't very geeklog-friendly.

An extension based on the Milonic menu (that Blaine uses for his glMenu plugin). Search their site for "treeview.js".

I decided against it in the end, but that's another story Wink
