How do I make the blocks show up on the static pages as well. I have set up all my topics with there own static pages but the links from within those static pages are to other static pages. The blocks I have created does not carry the added blocks. Including user static pages? I want the blocks to show up on all pages associated with the topic intended.
Do I need to write a php code with if then elses in order for the block to perform the way I want it to?

There is a drop down menu called "Page Format:" on the 'Static Page Editor'. Did you chose "no blocks"?
