I need to fix this problem somehow
I need to put custom meta tags for description and title for few of the articles
is that possible or is it not? Can you help somehow.
Each story has to have meta title and description that I have to set manually
I hope that is possible or my site is ruined
thanks

Try to search the forum for meta description hack or something like that.
Hope that helps,
Robert

I have researched but did not find any solution
I think this is the big geeklog flaw and I have problems advertising on my site because of that. Meta tags are really important for SEO so I do not know why geeklog does not offer that. Too bad, I think that 3 major negative things of geeklog are
1. no custom meta tags
2. no alt tags
3. no forum plugin
I do not wanna switch my site to other cms like joomla because the geeklog has a special place inmy heart but still you need to somehow fix this guys or the competition will run you over. Please do it somehow.

Dynamic meta tags would be a good addition to geeklog.
Geeklog does have forum plugins. One over at portalparts.com (which I use and it works well) as well as the phpBBBridge 1.10 plugin that geeklog.net uses for its forum
One of the Geeklog Core Developers.
