Is there a simple way to change the menu 'topic' to something like 'Categories', and the same with 'stories'?

Where can I change the text ...?

(plus a few block titles)

Thanks Dirk, I did find this option and changed all occurences of the word 'topic' to the word 'category' but what I'm wanting to do is change the actual title of the topic block so it also has the word 'Categories' or 'category' as the title of that block. Would I right to assume that this is the Database name of a table? How do I change it? Thanks for your help..

Ok, I've done it. I changed the title of the topic block in admin. Cool, how simple was that!
