My Forum is Messed Up

It does not work :-( I am sure it is something simple but i have no idea how to fix it. Also how so I make the left columns wider? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Site is www.funnystory.cc

Question, Do you have Register_Globals=on in the php.ini file?
From what I've seen, it looks like you don't.

The forum has been up and working for around 1 year. A couple of weeks ago the site was not loading, it said database error. I logged into cpanel and clicked on repair database. Then the site loaded but I guess the forum remained broken. I will look at that file for the line you mentioned and see if it is on.
