When I try to access the events page to add an event its taking at least 15 seconds sometimes much more to open the page. I have to add about 100 events so this becomes a big problem. Other admin pages seem to open faster. I have about 1200 events in the data base. Can someone tell me where the problem might be?
One thought is that every time I try to access the page it has to load all the events. Is there a way to stop that from happening?

Geeklog will only load 50 events per page, so I don't see why I would take so long.

Which Geeklog version is that?

When I click on events from the main admin page all events in the sytem are listed.
I am using 1.4 usr 1

I just checked the changelog: Paging (i.e. only displaying 50 events/page) was added in Geeklog 1.3.10 ...
