I want to have a CMS in arabic but have absolutely no clue as to how to change the settings...what should i do...

With what exactly?
Geeklog comes with a Farsi language file. I'm not an expert in Arabian languages, so I have no idea how that relates to other Arabian languages, but it would be a start, I guess.

Changing the language ist noc difficult, but maybe you wait untill Geeklog 1.4.1 will be out in a few days. It got a multilingual interface. Sou you could switch languages from Arabic to English etc.

How do I change the language?
There is no "Arabic language pack". As I said, Geeklog ships with a Farsi language file and if that doesn't fit your needs, you can make your own translation (make a copy of english.php, rename it to "arabic.php" and start translating).
