Custom system message?

Hi there 
I installed last version of GL, very nice!
I am customizing the professional themplate and the default "system message" (you know, the form that GL prints when you register, logout, send article etc...)
is making me nuts!
How and where do I customaze that darn thing?
Its default dark colors doesnt go with my yellow color, so...
Please help!

In functions.php, there's this line:
which tells Geeklog to use those two template files for the system messages.
So change those files or remove the line to make it use the standard block header/footer of your theme.
