Hi ... I have installed forum plugin 2.3 on geeklog 1.4.0 sr5-1 ...... There is the MP button but I haven't any messenger plugin!

where can I find it?

Have a look at portalparts.com. Blaine is the author of the forum plugin and the glMessenger plugin is what you want.
