Hate to sound stupid buttttttttttttt

I have downloaded the theme, unzipped it............there is NO readme NO instructions no nothing ...so where do I put this where and what folder do I upload this theme??????

I assume you have a site up and runnig.
In your public_html directory you have a directory called layout. Put your theme in a directory in there (there is a directory in layout called professional, that is your current theme if you are running a default geeklog installation). The only other thing to do is tell geeklog which theme you want to use. Open up geeklog config.php (in the root directory of your site) and change the variable $_CONF['theme'] to what ever you named your theme directory in the layout directory.
