Topics under Block are not clickable

Hi All,

I have just created a new block on my Geeklog and put some topics under it. However, the topics are not clickable and I could not post stories under the new topics.

Can you help?

What does that mean? Did you create a "normal" block? How exactly did you "put some topics under it"?
