Mass-delete articles

Hello,
I have about 2.500 articles.
Can I mass-delete, for example, 1.500 of them (the last 1.500 articles)?

You would need some piece of PHP code that calls STORY_deleteStory() for every story that you want to delete. It will take care of images and comments associated with the stories.

But, as I just noticed, it doesn't seem to delete trackbacks Shocked

Is it possible to have a little php file with this function, that delete the articles from today to, e.g., 1/1/2005 ?
