Portal Block Bug on GL 1.4.1b1?

When I set up a Portal Block for topic that has less than 10 stories, the block would show the first 3 stories followed by 7 lines of "No Title." Anyone has encounter that?

Previous version would show only 3 stories if there are only 3 stories.
