Pingback missing?

I just installed 1.4.1b1 and migrated my 1.3.11 database over. Everything is working but the pingback doesn't appear in the admin. It is enabled in config.php but doesn't appear as an option in the story list. Also, if I hit:

/site/admin/trackback.php

I get access denied. Something is definitely not right with this. Any ideas?

There's a new 'story.ping' permission. Make sure you have that.
