File mgmt v1.5 disable what's new (latest) listing

How can I disable or remove the "latest listing" on /filemgmt/index.php page?
I can't do it thu the admin panel, have checked disable button but "latest listing " still shows.

Seams to work fine on this site where I just tested disabling the feature and re-enabling it. Maybe your using a much older version of Geeklog.

Yes funny, i dun understand why it cant work, btw my version is 1.4.0sr5-1
