How Do you get rid of the "About Geeklog" text?

The "About Geeklog" text on the right side...

How do you get rid of it completely so that it doesn't exist as a checkbox option and does not exist at all?

It's a simple "normal" block. Go to the Admin's list of blocks, click on the edit icon for that block, then click on the delete button at the end of the block editor screen.
