hello I have made a static page with hyperlinks to different topics and when I click them it says:

"Access to this page is denied. Either the page has been moved/removed or you do not have sufficient permissions. "

I have done a search and tried to turn on the following from config.php: $_CONF['url_rewrite'] = true

I still get the same error. What am I doing wrong? What else do I need to work to beable to allow static pages to link to the topics.
