I think I entered something wrong in config.php
but I don't know what...

Installation Options
Installation Type:
Path to Geeklog's config.php:

Hint: The complete path to this file is /home/dollarda/public_html/blog/public_html/admin/install/install.php
and it appears your Path to Geeklog is /home/dollarda/public_html/blog

When I click continue I get this.

Warning: main(/home/dollarda/blog/system/databases/mysql.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dollarda/public_html/blog/system/lib-database.php on line 117

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/dollarda/blog/system/databases/mysql.class.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php'Wink in /home/dollarda/public_html/blog/system/lib-database.php on line 117

No expert here but it looks like you need /public_html to the path.

ie /home/dollarda/public_html/blog/public_html

Be careful as that set up could lead to securith issues

have a read of this if your webhost doesn't allow to set up geeklog as per the installation instructions.

Do I need to move the config.php file to the public_html folder that's in the geeklog files?

or do I need to move the public_html folder to the /blog folder?

Did I do this part right at least?
* Configuration Include: You should ONLY have to modify this line.
* Leave the rest of this file intact!
*
* Make sure to include the name of the config file,
* i.e. the path should end in .../config.php
*/
require_once( '/home/dollarda/blog/config.php' );

Try re-reading the bit about public_html in the installation instructions. Or, if that doesn't help, try one of these: Alternative installation instructions

bye, Dirk
