I would like to Change the Default font for menu's for the professional theme where do I do this ?
Also I am having a great time with the Menu Plugin but I would likemain menu's to be bold & sub Menu's to be not bold any idea's ?

If by "menu" you mean the menu bar at the top of the page, have a look at the menuitem*.thtml template files.
