Is there a way to list topics showing only the Subject name and not the introtext?

Technically no, but you can get the same result by using the advanced search and selecting the topic and setting type = stories:
http://www.geeklog.net/search.php?query=&keyType=phrase&datestart=&dateend=&topic=plugins&type=stories&author=0&results=10&mode=search
The only problem here is formatting the results. You could cheat by creating a Search object and and calling _searchStories directly. But that is not necessarily going to work from version to version.

Thanks for the fast response that advanced search string is exactly what I wanted, one more thing though. The Topics Block which contains: "Topic Name (0/0)". Which file do I have to edit to change the URL to goto the advanced search string? I know I can make a block for the "http://www.geeklog.net/search.php?query=&keyType=any&datestart=&dateend=&topic=spam&type=stories&author=0&results=10&mode=search" strings but I like how it displays how many stories are in the topic.
Thanks
Thanks
