When I go to my site: http://www.advertunity.com while I'm not logged in, it gives me the message "All access to administrative portions of this web site are logged and reviewed. This page is for the use of authorized personnel only." For some reason, the site is automatically redirecting unregistered users to the admin control panel, and telling them they're not logged in. How do I fix this? Thank you...

You probably copied the file admin/index.php into your site's root directory. Upload the original index.php again.

This was done as an auto install from my web host. Should I just download the package and then use that index file?

Hmm, that sounds odd. You may want to contact your web host and let them know.

Yeah, you can do that but you have to make sure to download the exact same version your site is running on or you may end up with even more obscure problems ...
