Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has any answers that may help us with our
problem.
Since I am building a web site using Tibetan Unicode and the problem
that Tibetan Unicode is not fully supported in Web Browsers at the
moment or at the OS level.
The problem is as follows....

I would like to transcode some Javascript functions I've written into
PHP so that it works within Geeklog. The Javascript code goes through
the entire document.body object, looking for Tibetan Unicode text,
adds <wbr></wbr> tags where necessary (for correct line-breaking),
wraps up block of Tibetan text in <span class="bo"> tags, and adds a
non-breaking space where needed within longer runs of Tibetan text.

The goal here is that the actual posted user content should be
strictly standard (that is, no special style information), and let
scripting deal with the weakness of browsers to deal with Unicode
Tibetan (that is, the initial content just has an xml:lang="bo"
attribute on it, and scripting takes care of the just)
The thing is, the operation of transforming the entire document should
come at the very end, before anything has been sent to the user (web Browser).
Is this possible when modifying php in Geeklog?

Thankyou for any help,
Trampoline.
